- WomanTours President Jackie Marchand visited overnight. She knows my riding buddy Janet B. from previous tours.

- Around mile 10, we saw this power plant, assumed to be nuclear, but further investigation found it was natural gas: PPL Lower Mount Bethel Energy Plant

- We started the day in PA, crossed the Delaware River to NJ, then back again at mile 16.

- Information about the Recreation Area.

- In the town of Delaware Water Gap, we joined the Appalachian Trail.

- Our route, and the Trail, crossed the Delaware River on a bridge shared with cars and trucks!

- Lunch stop at a cafe in Layton.

- Crossing back to PA, we noticed that Port Jervis was in fact in New York.

- Overnight in Matamoras.
